About Us CSRE Limited was established in 2006 by its current Managing Director, David Shipley, who has been involved with the Chinese rolling stock industry since 2003, initially as a consultant with Interfleet Technology. Products In line with the current trend towards standardisation, CSRE has worked with its Chinese partners to create a range of standard products for the European market, which span the range of traction & rolling stock requirements of the market, from high-speed inter-city trains, through regional multiple units to a comprehensive range of freight wagons.
